Hernando B. Delizo, MD, FPCP, MBA
With nearly four decades of clinical excellence in Internal Medicine, Endocrinology and Geriatrics, Dr. Delizo is widely recognized as a visionary leader in Philippine healthcare.
He pioneered some of the country’s most innovative healthcare models, including the first mall-based ambulatory clinic brand, Clinica Manila and the preventive care-focused Lifestyle Medical Zone. He also established The Wellness Place, the Philippines’ first private investor-owned long-term care facility.
Dr. Delizo continues to shape the future of integrated healthcare as Chairman and President of OneHealth Network, MedHealth Diagnostics & Laboratory, HBD Institute and LifeNutraPharm - driving advancements in preventive, diagnostic and longevity-focused care.
Dr. Allan S. Hernandez, MD
Dr. Hernandez brings over 35 years of expertise in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology, with a strong
track record in both clinical practice and healthcare leadership.
He is a founding force behind Wellcare Clinics & Laboratory, Inc., where he has served as Managing Director for more than two decades, leading its growth into a trusted healthcare provider.
In addition, he is the proprietor of Vita Plus Center in Cavite, further reinforcing his commitment to
delivering accessible, high-quality medical care.
